We are seeking a highly technical Product Manager to partner closely with executive leadership in shaping the strategy and execution of simulation and AI-driven platform products. This role blends customer engagement, product strategy, technical problem solving, and roadmap ownership while working with customers across autonomous vehicles, robotics, drones, and AI.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and can translate customer needs into scalable product capabilities.

What You'll Do
•Partner with Product leadership to define and execute product strategy for simulation and AI platform offerings
•Drive product initiatives from customer discovery through roadmap definition, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization
•Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows across autonomy, robotics, computer vision, simulation, and machine learning
•Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on roadmap planning and quarterly priorities
•Define and measure product success using customer adoption, workflow efficiency, platform performance, scenario coverage, model performance, reliability, and business impact metrics
•Translate complex customer requirements into clear product direction and prioritized initiatives
•Differentiate between one-off customer requests, broader workflow challenges, and long-term platform opportunities
•Communicate product roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and strategic decisions to technical and executive audiences
•Bring clarity to ambiguous technical challenges by developing actionable plans and clear priorities
•Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product development process
•Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to support product launches through documentation, demonstrations, training, release notes, and enablement materials
•Monitor industry trends across autonomy, robotics, synthetic data, simulation, and AI infrastructure to identify new product opportunities
•Travel to customer sites to better understand workflows, challenges, and product needs
Required Qualifications
