What You'll Do

• •Design and build agentic AI systems and orchestration layers
• •Develop prompting strategies and multi-step stateful workflows
• •Build tool-calling architectures with robust guardrails and safety controls
• •Create consent-aware long-term memory systems that improve personalization over time
• •Design structured context models and persona extraction frameworks
• •Develop autonomous optimization and decision-making logic
• •Implement real-time monitoring, intervention, and observability systems
• •Build evaluation frameworks that measure quality, safety, cost, determinism, and model performance
• •Partner closely with product and engineering teams to bring AI capabilities into customer-facing experiences
• •Translate emerging AI research into practical, scalable production solutions

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• •Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field
• •5+ years of experience training large-scale deep learning models and large language models
• •Experience building and deploying AI systems used by real customers at scale
• •Strong understanding of modern AI architectures, model behavior, and production deployment challenges
• •Ability to move beyond generic LLM wrappers and build differentiated AI experiences
• •Experience translating research concepts into safe, reliable production systems
• •Experience developing evaluation frameworks for agentic workflows and AI systems
• •Strong software engineering fundamentals and production mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience working with frontier commercial and open-weight AI models
• •Experience with AWS, Vercel, or similar cloud-native and serverless platforms
• •Familiarity with durable workflow orchestration platforms such as Temporal
• •Experience with LLM observability and evaluation tools such as Braintrust or LangSmith
• •Experience building persistent memory architectures and long-term context systems
• •Familiarity with relational and vector database technologies
• •Experience with AI runtimes supporting streaming, tool execution, and agent orchestration
• •Experience developing AI-powered consumer products
